Here at our Women’s Centers ALL of our services are FREE. We aim to provide compassionate support so you can make the best choices for your life and future. No matter your circumstances we are here to talk you through it.

At your appointment, we will sit down with you and talk through your options: parenting, adoption, and abortion so you can make an informed decision. We provide clear accurate information and a space where you can ask whatever’s on your mind. If you’re having an unexpected pregnancy, you don’t have to carry this by yourself.
If you’ve experienced an abortion in the past, we also offer post-abortion healing courses. You deserve support, no matter your story.

We’re a non-profit medical clinic. Every service we offer is free and we don’t earn a dollar from any decision you make. Your wellbeing is the only outcome we’re measuring.
Free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, and STI testing-everything is confidential and under the direction of a North Carolina–licensed physician.

Nothing. Every service we offer — pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing, options education — is completely free. We’re a non-profit medical clinic.
If you’ve taken the first abortion pill (mifepristone) but have not taken the second medication (misoprostol), contact us immediately at 1-704-550-3355. We provide 24/7 support and can discuss your situation with you.
No. We don’t accept or bill insurance. Care is free whether you have insurance or not.
We recommend it — it helps us give you private, focused time. Some same-day appointments are usually available.
Usually 45 minutes to an hour, depending on what services you need. We don’t rush you.
Just yourself and a photo ID. If you’ve taken any home pregnancy tests, you’re welcome to bring those too. (If you don’t have a photo ID we can work around that).
